All staff have been vetted by Disclosure (Scotland) and hold a PVG record with suitable references and doctors checks. All qualified staff are registered with the SSSC and follow the codes of conduct.

All staff are carefully selected for their skills, knowledge and experience and what they can offer to the dynamics of the team. Questions for recruitment of staff have been gathered from parents to assist in identifying the strengths and skills of applicants.

Staff also attend regular training sessions to enhance their personal and professional development, in doing so improve the service that we provide to you and your children.
